Sport and Perfromance Psychology

As a graduate in Sport and Performance Psychology you can work as a sport psychologist with athletes, but you are strongly advised to follow postgraduate courses to develop your applied skills as a psychologist (especially with respect to counseling and psychological skills training).

If your goal is to become a sport psychologist in the Netherlands, you are advised to follow the post-Master’s program in Practical Sport Psychology (POPS) after the Master’s track in Sport and Performance Psychology.
